All About That B'ASS
All About That B’ASS- Let’s work on the base that supports your body. We’ll help you to strengthen and tone everything below the shoulders! This class will focus on core strength, glute strength, and leg strength. Without a strong “BASS” the rest of you has nothing to stand on! All fitness levels welcome!
Barre 30 Blast
Barre 30 Blast- An abbreviated barre workout that is spent entirely at the barre. You’re still guaranteed to feel the burn of a full hour class in this blast workout.
Best Butt Ever
Best Butt Ever- In this 30 minute class you will be taken through a series of serious glute burning exercises. Start with a muscle activation warm up, move into strengthening exercises, and finish with power movements- you’ll tone, shape, and lift your booty and leave feeling a deep burn!
Body Weight HIIT
Body Weight HIIT- This is not your traditional high intensity interval training, the only equipment you have is yourself! You will work through 3 rounds of exercises and increase the intensity level with each new round. Be prepared for mountain climbers, squats, push-ups, burpees, jumping, and more. Think this class sounds easy? Think again!
Like the Uncle Sam slogan, “We Want You!” Everyone is welcome to enlist in this butt kicking, fat-burning boot camp. Whether you're looking to get ready for combat or the beach, our RAC FIT Boot Camp Sergeant will lead you through a battery of exercises that will take you to the next level.
This multiple station circuit moves the body through all planes of motion and challenges your body wit ha new exercise at each station. You'll feel every muscle be pushed to the max with 40 seconds or work and a shore 20 second rest. Start your weekend right with the class that fuses every calorie torching exercise into one hour!

It's time to race through a series of high intensity interval circuits.
Ready to get a cardio workout and tone your midsection? This class combines core strengthening exercises with the benefit of cardio interval bursts to help trim your waistline and build the center of your body to be strong.
L.I.F.T. 360 – (Low Intensity Fitness Training) Looking for a functional workout that is more your pace? This class is for you! This lower intensity circuit is designed for those who are looking to stay in shape, gain muscle mass, increase bone density, improve balance, and increase flexibility.
Lunch Shred 360
Lunch Shred 360 – Looking to get a good workout in during your lunch break? This is the class for you busy bees! Join us for a 45 minute full body circuit at the Synergy 360. You’re sure to work up a good sweat, get your heart rate up and get shredded before your lunch break is up!
A 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics while you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. Ride On!
Rise and Ride
Time to rise and grind! Start your morning with this heart pumping cycling class. You'll feel energized and ready to start your day!
It's Saturday morning. You're up and ready to rock! Sweat your weekly stress and worries away. All levels welcome.
Spinergy- Spin with energy! Start your morning with a high energy spin class that can be adapted specifically to you. Your morning will start with fun music and you’ll be able to rock all the way through your day.
Spinsanity- Need a quick cardio workout? Hop on one of our spin bikes for 45 minutes of spinning and get SPINSANE with us during your lunch break!
Strength HIIT 2/12, 2/14, 2/26 ,2/28
Strength HIIT- A total body strength and toning workout with HIIT intervals to achieve maximum results. (This class alternates with Group Power every other week in February)
Get you heart rate up, bring your heart rate down, climb hard, climb medium, climb easy...It's all about the interval! Fun and never the same class twice
This circuit based workout has several different stations to complete a full body workout. TRX suspension, kettlebells, power ropes, monkey bars, medicine balls and other methods will be used. Just when you think you've had enough, you'll be surprised with the surprise finish ending! This class will surely help you improve and reach your fitness goals.
The unique protocol uses the 20-10 microburst intervals. An interval consists of performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The beauty behind these short microbursts is that 20 seconds at high intensity is doable and the 10 second rest allows for brief recovery before moving on to the next exercise interval. These 20-10 microburst intervals are stacked in the 55 minute group workouts in specific sequences of different exercise movements that target every part of your body. Get that metabolism kicked into high gear with this incredible workout. Weather permitting class will take place on the turf field!

Totally HIIT High Intensity Interval Training circuit style!! Movements that will increase your endurance, build strength and tone your body. Circuits are timed; programs are designed for you to push your own personal limits leaving you feeling empowered and accomplished!
