All About That B'ASS

All About That B’ASS- Let’s work on the base that supports your body. We’ll help you to strengthen and tone everything below the shoulders! This class will focus on core strength, glute strength, and leg strength. Without a strong “BASS” the rest of you has nothing to stand on! All fitness levels welcome!

Boot Camp

Test your limits in our interval style boot camp work out. Expect a variety of full-body conditioning exercises to keep you on pace toward your fitness goals.ext level.

Circuit Fusion

This multiple station circuit moves the body through all planes of motion and challenges your body wit ha new exercise at each station. You'll feel every muscle be pushed to the max with 40 seconds or work and a shore 20 second rest. Start your weekend right with the class that fuses every calorie torching exercise into one hour!

This challenging class provides high intensity interval circuits that are designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Mixing strength and cardio intervals, you are sure to achieve your maximum calorie burn and get a full body workout in just one hour! It's time to race through a series of high intensity interval circuits.

L.I.F.T. 360

L.I.F.T. 360 – (Low Intensity Fitness Training) Looking for a functional workout that is more your pace? This class is for you! This lower intensity circuit is designed for those who are looking to stay in shape, gain muscle mass, increase bone density, improve balance, and increase flexibility.

Lunch Shred 360

Lunch Shred 360 – Looking to get a good workout in during your lunch break? This is the class for you busy bees! Join us for a 45 minute full body circuit at the Synergy 360. You’re sure to work up a good sweat, get your heart rate up and get shredded before your lunch break is up!

RIDE

A 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics while you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. Ride On!

High Intensity Interval Training circuit style!! Movements that will increase your endurance, build strength and tone your body at the Synergy 360.

Tabata

The unique protocol uses the 20-10 microburst intervals. An interval consists of performing specifically chosen exercises at an ultra-high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. These 20-10 microburst intervals are stacked in the 55-minute group workouts in specific sequences of different exercise movements that target every part of your body. Get that metabolism kicked into high gear with this incredible workout. *Weather permitting class will take place on the turf field!*

Total Body

Looking for a total body workout in an hour? This class is the one for you! Upper body, lower body, core, cardio, strength, flexibility--the sky's the limit. Condition yourself to be in your best shape ever.

Totally HIIT

Totally HIIT High Intensity Interval Training circuit style!! Movements that will increase your endurance, build strength and tone your body. Circuits are timed; programs are designed for you to push your own personal limits leaving you feeling empowered and accomplished!

Turf HIIT

Take High Intensity Interval Training to our outdoor turf field. You’ll be challenged with bursts of high intensity exercises and short rests, designed to help you achieve your maximum calorie and fat burn. All fitness levels welcome!

If your looking for more instruction during your ride we can add a virtual instructor to your workout to guide you along your workout journey. Come and experience it for yourself.

Zumba

A Latin inspired workout that is more like a "fitness party " than a workout. Using upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Burn up to 1000 calories in the one hour party!
