Yoga Class Descriptions

Ballet Barre

A total-body workout that creates a long, lean, and sculpted body. The method uses light weights, ballet barre, yoga and pilates for the toughest workout that makes you get toned—never bulky. Guys, if football players do it, you can too!

Fire Practice Yoga

A detoxifying vinyasa flow practice in a heated room. Focus will be on twists, forward folds and powerful standing postures. Come prepared to sweat and cleanse from head to toe (Level II/III).

Gentle Yoga (All Levels)

This class will focus on breath work, gentle stretching and a practice that calms the central nervous system. Slow transitions between poses and deep breathing promote your overall health and well being. Relax and enjoy!

Happy Hour Flow

Refresh and re-energize after a long week. Cue the fun music and fast-paced flow to start your weekend off right.

Heated Flow

Breath work, powerful flow, deep stretching and meditation...all in a gently heated room. This is your Sunday morning practice! Leave feeling strong, focused, and relaxed for the best way to start off a brand new week.

Lunch Hour Yoga

Take a break from your day to rejuvenate with this 50 minute yoga class where you will move your body and leave feeling great! We will explore a variety of yoga postures and flows to increase your overall strength and flexibility and you will leave invigorated, refreshed, and in a great space to finish your day. All levels welcome.

Pilates

This class works to deeply strengthen the core and all of the stabilizing muscles from the shoulders to the hips. Deep, balanced strength is created and a new addiction begins!

Slow Flow

Enjoy a mindful, soft flow using breath awareness to promote mobility and healing in the body. Develop flexibility, core strength, balance and reduce stress. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class for those new to yoga as well as searching for a relaxing yoga experience.

Sunrise Yoga

Rise and Shine! Awaken your senses and start your day with sun salutations and a flowing series of yoga poses. The needs of all the students will be taken into consideration and modification for all levels will be offered. You’ll leave class feeling strong , grounded, energized and ready to take on the day.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow class with emphasis on proper alignment, strength building and muscle memory. High-energy class designed to help you relieve the day’s stress, invigorate the body and calm the mind. Mixed-level class—beginners welcome!

Yin Yoga for Athletes

Begin to Yin and you will find a more balanced body and mind. Yin Yoga works not only the muscles but also the deep connective tissue. Long holds in the poses have such great benefits for your body, releasing stress and tension. Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to other yoga flow classes and to your busy life.

Yoga Wall

Take Yoga to new heights! The Yoga Wall will help take your practice to the next level as well as help heal injuries and traction the spine. Inversions suddenly become accessible as you hang weightlessly upside down. Limit 4 people. Small group training available along with private one on one session
