Yoga Class Descriptions

Ballet Barre

A total-body workout that creates a long, lean, and sculpted body. The method uses light weights, ballet barre, yoga and pilates for the toughest workout that makes you get toned—never bulky. Guys, if football players do it, you can too!

Gentle Yoga (All Levels)

This relaxing class provides gentle stretching and strengthening postures to relieve stress. Deep breathing soothes the central nervous system to provide radiant health from within. Suitable for all levels.

Happy Hour Flow

Refresh and re-energize after a long week. Cue the fun music and fast-paced flow to start your weekend off right.

Heated Power

Heated Power -Expect a diverse, creative and challenging class that builds stamina and strength, using breath-synchronized movement in a physically dynamic flow. The postures will be held longer and connected with less rest in between. This class will encourage a strong focus and a calm mind while toning, strengthening and stretching the whole body. The room temperature is adjusted depending on the teacher and time of year, up to 90 degrees.

Heated Vinyasa

A creative blend of breath, balance, and asana (flow of poses); designed to work both body and mind. Develop a stronger core, lean and defined muscles and a calmer outlook. Experience the benefits of this class with an elevated room temperature.

Hot Barre

This total body workout will have you sweating in no time. We crank up the heat and use light weights, a ballet barre and floor mats to tone and tighten those trouble areas and create a long, lean, sculpted body. Be prepared to feel the burn and sweat like never before! The Barre is not just for ballerinas.

Pilates - Class

This class works to deeply strengthen the core and all of the stabilizing muscles from the shoulders to the hips. Deep, balanced strength is created and a new addiction begins!

Pilates Mat

This class works to deeply strengthen the core and stabilizing muscles from the shoulders to the hips. All levels welcome!

Pilates/Toning

Slow Flow

Enjoy a mindful, soft flow using breath awareness to promote mobility and healing in the body. Develop flexibility, core strength, balance and reduce stress. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class for those new to yoga as well as searching for a relaxing yoga experience.

Sunrise Yoga

Rise and Shine! Awaken your senses and start your day with sun salutations and a flowing series of yoga poses. The needs of all the students will be taken into consideration and modification for all levels will be offered. You’ll leave class feeling strong , grounded, energized and ready to take on the day.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow- A creative blend of breath, balance, and asana (flow of poses); designed to work both body and mind. Develop a stronger core, lean and defined muscles and a calmer outlook. Each week’s flow offers a different challenge. Most suitable for those with some yoga experience, but beginners are welcome to come play and explore!

VinYin Yoga

This fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga offers movement to improve strength and balance while staying connected with one's breath. The practice transitions to poses that improve energy flow in the body with deep stretches to help release connective tissue and improve circulation.

Yin Yoga

Begin to Yin and you will find a more balanced body and mind. Yin Yoga works not only the muscles but also the deep connective tissue. Long holds in the poses have such great benefits for your body, releasing stress and tension. Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to other yoga flow classes and to your busy life.
