Heated Power

Bring a strong focus and an engaged mind to this class. You’ll hold postures longer and connect them with little rest to build stamina and strength. Every movement should synchronize with your breath and tone the whole body. Room temperature may reach 90 degrees. Led by one of our certified yoga and Pilates enthusiasts.

Pilates Mat

Engage the whole body in a class similar to yoga but emphasizing your body’s core. Pilates requires intense concentration and discipline to focus on correct form, instead of muscle burn. Led by one of our certified yoga and Pilates enthusiasts.

Radiant Flow

Radiant Flow - A hatha vinyasa class energetically sequenced to illuminate your inner glow. Classes will combine elements of Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Chakra Psychology. Chakras are energy centers in the body that can become blocked, but when cleared energy flows more freely through the body. Each class will begin with pranayama exercises, an energizing flow and finish with meditation. You will leave feeling radiant and refreshed, ready to start your day!

Vinyasa Flow

Yoga Conditioning

This intermediate class will blend a traditional yoga practice with dynamic strength training. Thera-bands and light hand weights will be incorporated into class to help build muscle tone, increase strength and build endurance.
