This yoga class if perfect for any level. If you are new to yoga join us for this class to improve strength, balance and flexibility. We will work on poses and breathing techniques. Beginners will get detailed instruction and advanced students will have variations for their practice.

Yoga Conditioning

This intermediate class will blend a traditional yoga practice with dynamic strength training and Pilates technique. Thera-bands and light hand weights will be incorporated into class to help build muscle tone, increase strength and build endurance.

A highly energized, quick paced yoga using light to medium weights. This popular workout is welcome to all levels, so make sure you sign up in the app to claim your spot and get ready to burn! **You are encouraged to bring your own mat if possible.
