Yoga Studio with Janna
This intermediate class will blend a traditional yoga practice with dynamic strength training and Pilates technique. Thera-bands and light hand weights will be incorporated into class to help build muscle tone, increase strength and build endurance.
All instructors and teachers have achieved nationally accredited certifications in their respective disciplines of study and teaching that meets or exceeds requirements by law.
