Performance Trainer

We’re looking for current or former collegiate and professional athletes! Help us mold high-school and college-bound student athletes into warriors. You’ll fit in nicely at RAC if you’ve coached or previously worked as a personal trainer, you’re equipped with an outgoing personality with strong customer service skills and you have an overall passion for sports, fitness and health. We prefer candidates who have or are pursuing degrees in the following fields: Sports Management, Business Management, Exercise Science or Kinesiology.

Personal Trainer

Kids Club

The individual should have practical knowledge of how to take care of infants 3 months and up, preschool ages 3-5 as well as older children ages 5-13. The individual should have experience babysitting for friends and family and providing after-school childcare at a private residence. Responsibilities include monitoring children’s safety, organizing activities, and clear and excellent communication with parents and co-workers. Front Desk Associate

Must be an outgoing, welcoming individual. They will be the first person to greet members as they walk through our doors. The front desk associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members to ensure members have the best possible experience in the club. Proper verbal communication and writing skills are essential for answering questions, must have problem-solving skills, and pay close attention to details to make their service exceptional. Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities • Sharing information with members about membership details and pricing. • Answer the phone to provide information about the club and memberships. • Greeting members as they enter and exit the club. • Processing sales. • Using club management software. • Laundry for member towel service. • Sanitizing equipment around the club. This is an hourly position. The position is for evenings and weekends and schedule provided monthly.
