I believe with the right workout program, motivation and persistence, you can achieve any goal you set your mind to. Often times to keep my client motivated I ask them who they are? I tell them they need to answer they are awesome, that way it helps them push through the workout.

Having high blood pressure, sleep apnea, depression, along with a few other health set-backs helped him realize how important health is. Being able to overcome those obstacles is the reason why Jonathan decided to become a Personal Trainer.
