    Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't want to work hard. I live by this phrase since it exemplifies who I am as a trainer and person. I believe with the right workout program, motivation and persistence, you can achieve any goal you set your mind to. Often times to keep my client motivated I ask them who they are? I tell them they need to answer they are awesome, that way it helps them push through the workout.
