Move Strong

Move Strong will improve participants’ recovery, mobility, strength, balance, and joint range of motion. Class will begin with a complete joint by joint mobility warm. Classes will then use various bodyweight movements focusing on strength, coordination and balance. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking for a way to move more freely, this class is for you. Regardless of your current condition there is a modification for you to help you get started. The class is open to all eligible members and is at an introductory price of zero. Give Move Strong a try your going to love moving better and feeling better.

Stretch & Recovery

Increase flexibility and mobility while putting your muscles in the best state to recover! Learn quality recovery techniques such as myofascial release and detailed static stretching. Jeanine brings with her years of Yin Yoga experience which will help enhance the experience!
