Row to Fitness

This Indoor rowing class offers a cardio intensive full body workout that appeals to both beginner and experienced endurance athletes. Classes will begin with a warm-up, then drills, followed by the main workout, and concluded with a cool down/stretching segment. 60-minute duration. Expect to sweat!
