Yoga for Longevity This 75-minute Hatha Yoga class taught by Janna Conybeare will focus on yoga sequences that will build long lasting strength in your entire body. Hatha Yoga is often slower moving than Vinyasa practice and it can be just as challenging! Bands and light weights will be utilized for enhanced muscle building. All levels welcome!
