Beginner's Spin Are you new to cardio, but not ready to jump into one of our traditional spin classes? Try our Beginner's Spin class. There you will get instructions on how to properly set up your spin bike, safely manage your intensity, and receive motivating cues as you go through hills, jumps, and sprints. This 30-minute class will get the sweat rolling without the fear of overdoing it.
