Slow Flow Slowing down and paying attention takes practice. This 1 hour, multilevel yoga class flows at a pace that allows you to savor and hold postures. You’ll open your hips, stretch your hamstrings, and release your shoulders and spine through safe, effective movements that maintain joint range, muscular elasticity, and core stability—without overloading your system. The class will culminate with gentle breathwork.
