Classes will then use various bodyweight movements focusing on strength, coordination and balance. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking for a way to move more freely, this class is for you. Regardless of your current condition there is a modification for you to help you get started. The class is open to all eligible members and is at an introductory price of zero.
