Yin Attention all members who may be interested in delving deeper into their
yoga practice and unlock wisdom to wake up their body, move energy and
use the breath to calm your nervous system. This class incorporates yin
poses (longer holds), traditional asana poses and Kundalini.
We also encourage beginners and fitness-minded individuals to check out
this class because we were all beginners, all need to calm our nervous
system and yoga is for EVERYONE!
