Ballet Barre meets Fitness in this lower body focused class designed to improve balance, core strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. In a heated room, your joints and muscles will be able to move and lengthen to achieve your body's full range of motion and flexibility.
This 1-hour class teaches the fundamentals of Mat Pilates. Participants will learn proper form and alignment to successfully move through a series of exercises designed to build strength from the inside out, resulting in strong, lean muscles without the bulk. Integrated movements in Pilates lead to balanced and uniformly developed muscles which are key to good posture and suppleness.
Join Mary Alice in her seasonal flow yoga class in which postures will focus on grounding and balance. Included in every class will be breath-work, energy movement and will close with Yoga Nidra - a restful shavasana. The Yoga Studio will be gently heated and please bring a yoga blanket or towel; however, props are available in studio.

This yoga class if perfect for any level. If you are new to yoga join us for this class to improve strength, balance and flexibility. We will work on poses and breathing techniques. Beginners will get detailed instruction and advanced students will have variations for their practice.
