Barre Sculpt

Ballet Barre meets Fitness in this lower body focused class designed to improve balance, core strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. In a heated room, your joints and muscles will be able to move and lengthen to achieve your body's full range of motion and flexibility.

Seasonal Flow

Join Mary Alice in her seasonal flow yoga class in which postures will focus on grounding and balance. Included in every class will be breath-work, energy movement and will close with Yoga Nidra - a restful shavasana. The Yoga Studio will be gently heated and please bring a yoga blanket or towel; however, props are available in studio.

This yoga class if perfect for any level. If you are new to yoga join us for this class to improve strength, balance and flexibility. We will work on poses and breathing techniques. Beginners will get detailed instruction and advanced students will have variations for their practice.

Yoga for Longevity

This 75-minute Hatha Yoga class taught by Janna Conybeare will focus on yoga sequences that will build long lasting strength in your entire body. Hatha Yoga is often slower moving than Vinyasa practice and it can be just as challenging! Bands and light weights will be utilized for enhanced muscle building. All levels welcome!
